“Terrible customer service. The overall experience was extremely disappointing, and the level of service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won't be returning.”

“Everything on your part was fabulous! Love my new grinder! Only thing I would change is your shipping provider. FedEx is the worst! I can attest to this having a ecom store and using them with our family biz. Specifically their ground service. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE switch to UPS”
