“Amazing customer service. Voltage really worked with us. We weren’t able to take delivery right away because of a pending trip. They coordinated with us to make sure delivery happened properly on our schedule. Also we received our items in a much more timely manner than with other vendors. Very happy with their service.”

“You sent us the wrong lid. We ordered the little hopper lid, that the grinds go in, not the one that the beans are in. But, you sent us the one that the beans are in spite of us being very specific about what we ordered.”

“First time order from Voltage for a major piece of espresso kit. They responded quickly and politely to inquiries, and the equipment was delivered even more quickly than stated. The box did suffer a bit of damage (not a Voltage issue as the equipment was drop shipped) but there was no damage to the equipment - it arrived in perfect condition. Would do business with them again.”

“I was given a $300 gift card with my 5,000 order and never got it but I called and they said it was emailed but not in spam they said they see I was to get it and said they would send it again look In my spam in the next few days and never got it again. Bad process don’t trust this company.”
