“First time order from Voltage for a major piece of espresso kit. They responded quickly and politely to inquiries, and the equipment was delivered even more quickly than stated. The box did suffer a bit of damage (not a Voltage issue as the equipment was drop shipped) but there was no damage to the equipment - it arrived in perfect condition. Would do business with them again.”

“I was given a $300 gift card with my 5,000 order and never got it but I called and they said it was emailed but not in spam they said they see I was to get it and said they would send it again look In my spam in the next few days and never got it again. Bad process don’t trust this company.”

“Just needed a new Rhino digita thermometer. Voltage got it done. I only say that as I ordered the same product from 2 different scam websites. Both took my money and never delivered anything. So I'm happy to finally have my Rhino from a legit company.”

“Update: Customer service helped me and talked me through the user error! Now we are figuring it out and it is wonderful. Grateful for the purchase! It shipped and arrived fairly quickly, but I dont have any idea who to contact for service and the machine is not working properly. I am a little frustrated and hoping its something we can work out.”
