I sent in a customer support ticket that has yet to be answered. Wouldn't recommend Voltage. Sends used equipment and customer service is non-existent. It is now June 6th and the Customer Service has outright refused to take emails and calls don't make it through. I'm not sure how anyone can shop with these guys? I'm sorry but this is absurd.

We always aim to communicate well with our customers, such as notifying those who buy grinders that all grinders are tested with real coffee prior to being shipped out. We include this information on our product listing and we email a notice to the email address used to make the purchase. Ordered the Fiorenzato F64 Evo Pro SENSE on Thursday, received it yesterday (Monday) WOW, dang fast! Smooth process, no complaints. But I'm missing a piece! The metal stick that screws into the machine to adjust the grind size is missing. Please help!!! ISSUE RESOLVED AND DELIVERED WITHIN TWO DAYS. AWESOME WORK FROM THE VOLTAGE TEAM.

I ordered the Red Clix upgrade for my Comandante coffee grinder, and couldn’t be more pleased with its performance. I use it in conjunction with my Chemex (grind 46 clicks) and with my Cafelat Robot (grind 9 clicks). I recommend this company for their products and attention to detail. Dennis Fair

I purchased a SanRemo You from Voltage and received exceptional support and guidance in making the decision. David was generous with his time and experience, which proved tremendously helpful. I’ve now had the machine long enough to share that I'm completely delighted, and that the guidance I received from the Voltage team was spot on. I'm extremely impressed with the exceptional quality, feel, flexible functionality. I've had all manner of machines before now, and this one delivers the most value and versatility.
