“Voltage is new to me, but I thought I’d take a chance anyway. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. Service excellent, tracking easy. My PUQ press arrived unscathed and in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.”

“Amazing customer service. Voltage really worked with us. We weren’t able to take delivery right away because of a pending trip. They coordinated with us to make sure delivery happened properly on our schedule. Also we received our items in a much more timely manner than with other vendors. Very happy with their service.”

“Best price I could find on the descaler I use. Shipping was not included so decided to maximize what I was paying for anyway and bought an extra bottle. The shipment was packaged very well.”

“You sent us the wrong lid. We ordered the little hopper lid, that the grinds go in, not the one that the beans are in. But, you sent us the one that the beans are in spite of us being very specific about what we ordered.”
