“Our experience with Voltage was outstanding, thanks to their sales representative. He was by far the most knowledgeable person I spoke to throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk us through every detail of the espresso machine and grinder options, ensuring we not only saw the equipment but also fully understood how each would fit into our operation. What stood out most was his deep insight into barista workflow—he clearly understands what matters behind the bar and how equipment choices impact speed, consistency, and efficiency. He was also cognizant of maintenance challenges and costs, which helped us make a well-rounded decision with long-term reliability in mind. He also shared valuable insider knowledge, from a manufacturer recall and its implications to the way tariffs and broader market conditions were affecting pricing. That level of transparency and expertise gave us confidence that we were making the right investment in espresso gear. Highly recommended!”

“I sent in a customer support ticket that has yet to be answered. Wouldn't recommend Voltage. Sends used equipment and customer service is non-existent. It is now June 6th and the Customer Service has outright refused to take emails and calls don't make it through. I'm not sure how anyone can shop with these guys? I'm sorry but this is absurd.”

We always aim to communicate well with our customers, such as notifying those who buy grinders that all grinders are tested with real coffee prior to being shipped out. We include this information on our product listing and we email a notice to the email address used to make the purchase.
