“The order it’s taking to long , I only received half of my order and looks like the second items will arrive now in 4-5 more weeks ?”

Hi Roberto! Thanks for taking the time to make sure we got this feedback on your experience. Unfortunately, Macap didn't have enough stock of the tampers you ordered, and yes, they won't be in stock for another 4-5 weeks. They only had the one left, so we were glad to have that sent to you! We'll make sure the second one reaches you as soon as it's available. I know how important it is to have the right equipment to get the job done, and I understand that these sorts of supply issues can cause frustrations. So thank you for you patience. Hopefully the tamper you did receive will serve you well in the meanwhile.
