“I’m happy with the product but I have called for a refund, and have not heard from them.”

“I ordered a two pack of grinder cleaning tabs and a two pack of descaling powder. The products were broken up into two shipments and the first shipment arrived after two business days, but unfortunately had incorrect product in it. I emailed the service team with a picture and the next day I got a response saying that the correct product was on the way. Meanwhile, the second shipment from the original order arrived the next day and it was 100% good. The replacement order, containing the grinder cleaning tabs, arrived a couple of days later and now everything is great. I'm just waiting for the return label to arrive so that I can send the incorrect product back. Despite the mixup, I'm still positive about Voltage, given their excellent quality product, great service, and competitive prices.”

“Great product offerings at a great price point. Had a product that was expected to ship from mfg. a few days later, but it came early. Did not get response to my order inquires very promptly, but the online chat feature is valuable.”

“The online chat was very helpful. Trying to manuever the website was challenging for me, but having the online chat took care of my challenges. The product looks good and as well packed to protect damage and shipped quickly.”

“Would have given 5 stars, but item ordered was not in stock. Was not listed on website as not being in stock. I did received item in time for what I needed, so ended up not being a major problem, but did cause a little stress. Did a very good job of keeping us updated via email as to status of order. That was very good and much appreciated. I would order from them in future, and once I've determined that the item I ordered is correct and works correctly, then I will order some spares.”

“I've purchased from Voltage before and admire their customer service. Something odd happened with this order - it was "in stock" when I ordered, but after a week I reached out since I didn't get a shipping confirmation. They assured me it was shipping soon. 2 weeks later (admittedly over the holidays) and still no update. Finally I called to escalate and it was shipped that day. I still plan to order from Voltage in the future, but am deducting 1 star because of the unexplained 3-week delay and confusing messaging regarding this most recent order.”
