I was given a $300 gift card with my 5,000 order and never got it but I called and they said it was emailed but not in spam they said they see I was to get it and said they would send it again look In my spam in the next few days and never got it again. Bad process don’t trust this company.

RE: $220 La Marzocco Double Spouted Portafilter Fixed Spout Wood Maple or Walnut Handle, 9/13/25 This is not what I ordered. For starters, the handle is plastic when it should have been wood. Second, the color is not walnut and it definitely doesn't match the photo on your website. Third, the portafilter does not align correctly. In other words, it over rotates by 25 degrees to the right. My OEM LM portafilter does not over rotate and when engaged the handle points directly at the user. For $220 I expect the real deal, not some cheap imitation knock off. Needless to say I'm sending this back asap!

I sent in a customer support ticket that has yet to be answered. Wouldn't recommend Voltage. Sends used equipment and customer service is non-existent. It is now June 6th and the Customer Service has outright refused to take emails and calls don't make it through. I'm not sure how anyone can shop with these guys? I'm sorry but this is absurd.

We always aim to communicate well with our customers, such as notifying those who buy grinders that all grinders are tested with real coffee prior to being shipped out. Feels like I got scammed. Ordered a 1.5gal reservoir for the Fetco Brood SLM that cost $115 and we delivered a $5 bucket with simple pumping. The delivered product does not warrant that price tag.

My grinder that I purchased for full price came used with coffee grounds and used burrs. Did I miss somewhere in fine print that the grinder is supposed to be used or refurbished? The website stated that it was new.

All Mahlkonig grinders are tested at the factory with coffee and all of them have some amount of coffee in the grinding chamber. Sometimes the amount is a bit more than we'd like, but rest assured you have a new Mahlkonig grinder. If you have any other questions or concerns on the grinder, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Good day Caroline, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. We are so sorry to hear your experience has not been satisfactory. We can see that, of the five Rhino items you ordered, two have been successfully delivered, two are in transit, and one has not yet shipped. For the two pitchers that were shipped by Rhino using USPS, please note that these have not arrived because there was no one at the address provided to receive them, so they were taken to a USPS office, awaiting for you to either pick them or schedule a redelivery through their website. We would be happy to assist you with this if you can advise which day/hour will be most convenient for the package to be received. We have serviced other customers who have reached out to us with this same issue/request. For this package with a failed delivery attempt, since several days have passed, sadly a redelivery is no longer an option. In those cases, we have also shipped our customers a replacement at no charge, and that's what we can do for you. Your replacements will be shipping today via UPS, and should arrive by Monday or Tuesday. As for the knockbox, please note that our website states that it ships in two to five weeks, and Rhino had confirmed they were going to ship it within that frame. Sadly, that was not the case, and it was our mistake and error to not communicate this proactively to you. We apologize for this, and we would be happy to refund your order. We truly apologize for the inconveniences these three delayed products have caused you. We wish we could have addressed them proactively with you. We are glad that through your review we got to hear your opinion of what was happening. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us, service@voltagesupply.com, to confirm if you would like your refund for the knockbox.

They tried but do not carry the replacement filters. I called after 30 and 60 days. Took 90 for a refund. The initial order was great. It was the follow up orders that I gave up on ordering filters from this company.

I bought brand-new Victoria Arduino E1 Prima and Mahlkonig E65S GbW together. Victoria Arduino E1 prima only worked properly for two weeks! Then the machine had issues: 1. no water pump pressure, 2. large vibration and noise 3. the machine locked itself. I sent the machine to a local repair shop for six weeks. Till today, I am still waiting, and not sure when I can have my machine back. Besides, after I received the machine, I rarely received any helpful support except for a bunch of Youtube video links. I left a lot of voicemails and ask help on how to use these machines, never received one return call to address my questions. Overall, the entire user experience is horrible... I regret my decision to buy coffee machines at Voltage.

Feng, we're disappointed too about the issues you've had with your Victoria Arduino E1 Prima. I'm glad we could connect you with the Simonelli warranty team, and as I'm sure they shared, the issues you experienced are not common for that product. And my service team informs me that the tech company who serviced it for you has been attempting to contact you as it's ready for pickup. Please see the email from Myles on my team for details on how to arrange that. Lastly, as Myles mentioned, it seems looking at your past correspondences with our team that you have purchased commercial grade espresso equipment however you may not have commercial espresso experience. As previously communicated prior to your purchase, we cannot and do not offer that type of training.
