“I purchased a SanRemo You from Voltage and received exceptional support and guidance in making the decision. David was generous with his time and experience, which proved tremendously helpful. I’ve now had the machine long enough to share that I'm completely delighted, and that the guidance I received from the Voltage team was spot on. I'm extremely impressed with the exceptional quality, feel, flexible functionality. I've had all manner of machines before now, and this one delivers the most value and versatility. Oh and on that small topic of shot quality… I've been nailing, and repeating, wonderful espresso across some very different roasts. Big thanks to the outstanding Voltage team!”

“Feels like I got scammed. Ordered a 1.5gal reservoir for the Fetco Brood SLM that cost $115 and we delivered a $5 bucket with simple pumping. The delivered product does not warrant that price tag.”

“Excellent customer service! I was having an error message with the website when I went to buy the items I was looking at. I emailed customer service & not only were they quick to respond. But, they sent me a seperate invoice with what I needed, so I could order & go about my day. As a new owner of a coffee shop on the verge of opening, I appriecte the help & the ease of getting my order in. My order arrived quickly & everything was great. Thank you for making life a little easier during such a hectic time!”

“I needed to replace my kettle, after at LEAST five years of multiple heat-ups every day. The order was submitted right before Christmas, and I was happily surprised to see how quickly it arrived, despite the holiday. Because it turns itself off, this kettle is safer than heating water on stovetop, in case I get distracted. I also find that the long curved spout delivers an accurate stream, and is unlikely to spill when I make pour-over coffee.”
