“I ordered a two pack of grinder cleaning tabs and a two pack of descaling powder. The products were broken up into two shipments and the first shipment arrived after two business days, but unfortunately had incorrect product in it. I emailed the service team with a picture and the next day I got a response saying that the correct product was on the way. Meanwhile, the second shipment from the original order arrived the next day and it was 100% good. The replacement order, containing the grinder cleaning tabs, arrived a couple of days later and now everything is great. I'm just waiting for the return label to arrive so that I can send the incorrect product back. Despite the mixup, I'm still positive about Voltage, given their excellent quality product, great service, and competitive prices.”

“We really needed the Rhino pitcher rinser. We were worried that the shipping date was going to keep getting pushed back further and further. I was in communication with David. He was wonderful. He answered my emails promptly and even gave me alternatives if say the product we wanted was going to be a long lead time. In the end we ended up getting our Rhino pitcher rinser quicker than we even expected. David is an angel. Thank you so much.”

“RE: $220 La Marzocco Double Spouted Portafilter Fixed Spout Wood Maple or Walnut Handle, 9/13/25 This is not what I ordered. For starters, the handle is plastic when it should have been wood. Second, the color is not walnut and it definitely doesn't match the photo on your website. Third, the portafilter does not align correctly. In other words, it over rotates by 25 degrees to the right. My OEM LM portafilter does not over rotate and when engaged the handle points directly at the user. For $220 I expect the real deal, not some cheap imitation knock off. Needless to say I'm sending this back asap!”
