RE: $220 La Marzocco Double Spouted Portafilter Fixed Spout Wood Maple or Walnut Handle, 9/13/25 This is not what I ordered. For starters, the handle is plastic when it should have been wood. Second, the color is not walnut and it definitely doesn't match the photo on your website. Third, the portafilter does not align correctly. In other words, it over rotates by 25 degrees to the right. My OEM LM portafilter does not over rotate and when engaged the handle points directly at the user. For $220 I expect the real deal, not some cheap imitation knock off. Needless to say I'm sending this back asap!

He took the time to walk us through every detail of the espresso machine and grinder options, ensuring we not only saw the equipment but also fully understood how each would fit into our operation. What stood out most was his deep insight into barista workflow—he clearly understands what matters behind the bar and how equipment choices impact speed, consistency, and efficiency. He was also cognizant of maintenance challenges and costs, which helped us make a well-rounded decision with long-term reliability in mind. I sent in a customer support ticket that has yet to be answered. Wouldn't recommend Voltage. Sends used equipment and customer service is non-existent. It is now June 6th and the Customer Service has outright refused to take emails and calls don't make it through. I'm not sure how anyone can shop with these guys? I'm sorry but this is absurd.
