My wife and I visted the Marie Sharp's factory in Belize. Walking through the doors to where they were cooking th ehabaneros took your breath away. Teary eyed, coughing and hacking and loving every minute of it. I was forbidden to buy a huge vat of the sauce that was cooking. This Belizean Heat Hot Sauce brought back all the wonderful Memories.
