“I waivered about my 4 star ratingf since I got 4 pepper plants and 2 of one kind lived (so far) and two also of the same kind looked pale on arrival and soon died even though I treated them the same as the 2 that lived. I also got seed and am waiting to see, but I expect that to turn out fine. I also didn't get any instructions in the package even though it said there should be. I did get a full explanation from their chat function on their website and got great service from that.”

“The Pepper Pantry has an amazing assortment of products, and their prices are just as amazing, especially with the very generous rewards program. I used to think I could buy on Amazon or Walmart and get better pricing but when I analyzed it, the pepper pantry was a much better deal and I appreciate supporting small businesses, especially ones that are woman owned. I now get all of my coffee here and I have discovered some incredible brands that I’ve never seen before and I also started ordering their gift sets for family and friends when it’s time for something special.”

“I ordered a bottle of Slayer hot sauce " raining blood" and was very pleased with it. The package came wrapped very well and there even a cool sticker with it . I would recommend the Pepper pantry to anyone and will be ordering again...🤘”

“After scouring my area for them and finding none, I ordered 4 shishito pepper seedlings from Pepper Pantry. They are thriving! They arrived very securely packaged with a block of gel around the roots, healthy, no damage. I hardened them off a cpl days, planted and they have already grown almost an inch in under a week. Customer service replied promptly when I had a question shortly after ordering. I am impressed, and excited for my wee pepper babies to keep growing!”

“I was away on vacation for the delivery to arrive back on Monday the 28. The original deliver date was 4/28 9pm in which I would have been home. The delivery company delivered early on the 26 in which I was not. They delivered on 4/26 at 12pm in a mailbox (black). I got the plants out as soon as I found out. They were drooping curled up and the root balls were very hot. If I would have known they were coming on the 26th I would have arranged to have them taken out. I also noticed the sticker only said fragile nothing about live plants. I cooled the root ball immediately and planted, all the plants lost some leaves but are doing better now. I am not sure what the extreme heat is going to do to the growth and production of the peppers. I will not order from this website again as it looks like it was ordered from Pepper Joe’s. I will order form them instead.”
