I was away on vacation for the delivery to arrive back on Monday the 28. The original deliver date was 4/28 9pm in which I would have been home. The delivery company delivered early on the 26 in which I was not. They delivered on 4/26 at 12pm in a mailbox (black). I got the plants out as soon as I found out. They were drooping curled up and the root balls were very hot. If I would have known they were coming on the 26th I would have arranged to have them taken out. I also noticed the sticker only said fragile nothing about live plants. I cooled the root ball immediately and planted, all the plants lost some leaves but are doing better now. I am not sure what the extreme heat is going to do to the growth and production of the peppers. I will not order from this website again as it looks like it was ordered from Pepper Joe’s. I will order form them instead.
