The Balkans Tour organized by Indus Travel was excellent, from planning with the Indus team, to coordinating with the local tour company Europamundo. Indus staff have worked on our tours for years and I truly appreciate them, Candida, Shubham and their team are now Like family to us. The Europamundo tour guide Iris was very knowledgeable and definitely one of the reasons to book another trip- she was excellent story teller with comprehensive history and cultural knowledge. My family and I truly enjoyed it including tips she shared. The driver was very respectful and helpful, the hotels and food as well as the whole itinerary was perfect. It was overall another beautiful experience.
