The process of ordering and customizing the glove was very easy. The hard part was the wait and the communication from the company was basically non existent. I waited 6 weeks after receiving an email that stated 7 days preparing to ship .. The glove when it got it (ordered it at 90% broke in) was stiff, and slightly wonky when using all finger in proper place. Learned quite quickly two in the pinky slot is required. Was.laced too loose for me so I had to tighten everything down and begin the break in process. The break in process was fairly quick using old school methods of shaving cream with a ball in pocket wrapped tightly with a rope for a day, day 2 was thoroughly washing it, rubbing it with baby oil and baking it twice. Moved on to beating the hing ponts and developing the pocket. Once formed to my liking, two sessions of car windshield again ball in pocket wrapped in rope. The Las Vegas heat got it where I wanted it. Looking forward to hitting the field.
