I found ES through an online search and was impressed with the variety of styles and the ability to customize the sizes of shutters for our new home. I first ordered the sample ring of colors. Next I ordered one set of actual shutters so I could see them on the house. (I wish they could have been returned if I didn't like them, such as quality or "look", but I understood they were not...and that I would just have to eat the cost if I didn't want to place the full order.) Good news - I thought they were great quality and design; so then I placed the full order for the WHOLE HOUSE. The shutters arrived several weeks earlier than what was noted online during the ordering. Next, I decided I wanted one more set, and they, too, arrived in mere days. We are pleased!
