well Although this is a review of the Flour which I have been using ever since I discovered Elain Boddy earlier in the year. I dont think you can separate the two. All my loaves produced using Elaine's method and using the Churchill flour have turned out brilliantly and my family pronounced the last one I baked as the best Sourdough they had ever eaten.
