I received my Hatch green chili as a Mother’s Day gift. It is especially great for me as we moved to Florida and we just can’t find it here. We roasted the Chili’s, then had chili rellenos with green chili sauce, huevos ranchers, burritos and tamales and a recipe from your website, quiche with green chili and bacon…yum! All and all it is fabulous!
