Yum Yum Yum! Simply delicious. So creamy and delicious and warm and fuzzy going down. I use honey and coconut oil to mine. Since 2 months of drinking Luna gold, my period pain (that used to leave me bed ridden on day 1 and having pain killers every 2 hours) has SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASED. I do not take any pain medication now and i know the longer i drink Luna the better each period will become. I also feel better overall. My moods, my skin, everything has changed for the better.
