These Fly London Rami lace up boots in the grey are SOOOO beautiful! I order from NYC and always hold my breath til they arrive (which they do, absolutely promptly!). One thing: I am a very classic size 39 (8.5 in the US) and these run a bit big. I fixed it by removing the 'insole' (which has no arch and is just a piece of foam) and inserted my own real insoles with an arch. That helped a lot! So glad I took a chance on these - been eyeing them for a few months and just went for it. Thank you CC for the service and prompt delivery.
