Well made, solid and I can feel the quality. A lovely bass. My tutor inspected it and gave it full marks (he's built his own bass). It's a little bit too orange for my taste but that appears to be the fashion for these things.
I just had my first lesson and loved every minute of it. Especially the sound, which my tutor said will even improve with time and playing too. I found it relatively easy to play - but have never tried before. I managed to get a good sound from bow after a few goes.
