I’m one week into this and excited to see where I’m at in 11 weeks! I can’t believe I haven’t already been doing intervals! I think it’s great that Matt responds to my questions! I love the podcast and I’m cleaning up my diet as well. For me, diet is the hardest to work on but committing to a 12 week program has already helped. Last night my was cheat day, I had already had a cookie, then went for pasta and beer (the group’s choice). Rather than pack on the carbs and calories, I let myself have small portions and then said no to another beer at the after party. I’m feeling pretty satisfied about that today. Now Sunday, I am planning the week ahead and finding areas to replace veggies for the bad carbohydrates.
