These pins are solid, and work perfectly with the USA 90 EZ curl bar, and straight bar. I was skeptical because their are made of plastic but the pins make it easy to select higher or lower weight. These were purchased to along with 80lbs of plates to extend my home gym, not to replace existing pins.
