“Picked up the PowerBlock Elite USA, and could not be happier! I went specifically with these because of the knurled grips, more compact design, simplicity of use, and so glad I did! The foam support bars on the top of the dumbbells are actually surprisingly comfortable and help in support for some exercises like lat raises. The ability to easily drop weight mid set makes squeezing out more reps a breeze and takes only seconds. The knurled grips ensure a solid grip that I feel completely safe with. I can do everything in my workout routine with these including goblet squats, overheard tricep extensions, and skullcrushers. They also comfortably balance on my knee when getting ready on the bench.”

“We were looking at starting our garage gym and were dreading having to store and purchase multiple dumbells to suite a variety of exercises that would work for the household. After some research we found the Powerblock dumbells, and we are so glad that we did. We find them super easy to use and adjust weights for quickly changing up exercises. Instead of having to need multiple dumbells, we only need one set. Not to mention the multiple attachements that work with them, only wish the set we purchased would support the kettlebell attachment. We also purchased the Powerbench 2.0 and looking forward to acquiring the multiple attachements that work with the bench. The bench is super solid, and is plenty long enough for a tall person. Definitely one of our best starting purchases to get our home gym started.”

“I’m an original owner of first generation power block probably around 1996? My son-in-law I gave my original 90lbs set. I upgraded my gym and the new power block with curl bar. I grew up under Arnold and that generation. I’m from the old school retired bodybuilder weight lifter that stays in shape. I love my new power block system because now I have my curl bar too I took to Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge as my own private personal mobile gym when driving transportation is available.”

“I've used Powerblocks before and they’re solid. Bought the Pro 100 set and these are more comfortable than previous models I've tried. They provide more room for your wrist and arm compared to other versions with narrower hand sections. I rated them 3 stars instead of 5 for two reasons: The description says "Choose between knurled steel grip or TPR rubber grip," but mine did not ship with the rubber grip. There was no option to select a grip style when ordering, so I assumed that both style grips would be included. But these only came with the knurled grips. While I like them, I would have liked the chance to try the rubber grips as well. I also wanted the Pro 100 Straight Bar and Easy Curl Bar attachments for barbell-style workouts. These have been sold out/unavailable on the website since I ordered the weights at the beginning of August. It's now the end of August, and these accessories are still unavailable. A big reason I chose Powerblocks was for the barbell flexibility. With no ETA on when they will be back in stock, this has delayed my workouts, especially for deadlifts and squats. Overall, the dumbbells themselves are good, but the missing grip option and unavailable accessories really hurt the experience.”

“I was doing a lot of research on the newest and best adjustable dumbbells without a limit on budget, and decided to go with these PowerBlock Elite USA 90lb set because they’re dependable and familiar for me. The size was still pretty compact compared to other adjustable dumbbells and they’re made in USA. These have the fewest drawbacks for me even when I compared them to the newer more expensive ones on the market. Before purchasing these I had experience using my dad’s old set of 45 lb USA powerblocks. They worked great for my workouts and we kept them in an outdoor shaded patio without issues. These new ones are definitely a big step up and I’m pretty sure they will last me forever in my garage gym. I also got the power max stand and they are great. We had the regular one for the 45lb set which was good, but these new open stands are awesome because I can access and return the dumbbells easier.”

“As a busy professional (physician), I wanted to have a well equipped home gym to make sure I can get my workouts done regardless my work schedule. To me, it is a no brainer to get Powerblock adjustable dumbbells for a home gym as they save space without compromising quality and built. The choice is which Powerblock adjustable dumbbell to get, not which brand. Since I intend to "buy it for life", I decided to get their top of the line dumbbells. They feel robust, stable and well built. I also got the straight bar and kettlebell that goes with them. They save on space tremendously and look very nice in my home gym.”

“I purchased a pair of PowerBlocks at least 20 years ago. I was having trouble with the pins. I was very happy that I was able to get replacement parts for only about 20 dollars. The parts arrived in a few days. These should last longer than I will.”
