“We are trying to replace a broken 15# weight for a Urethane model Intel-U33/S1. Unfortunately, the weight received is not the correct unit. We used the website link to request the correct weight, attached photos of the Urethane Block and original order form and have not heard back, after three weeks. Talking to a person is not possible and online ordering is fruitless.”

It's unfortunate that you ordered the wrong replacement part on your own and feel that you were unable to hear back from us. This may have been an email-related issue. Our customer service team contacted and responded to you via email 3 times at the email provided on the parts request form on June 9th, 14th, and 19th after you submitted the parts requests on June 9th and 14th. Our customer service team also emailed you a quote for the correct replacement item for your set. For past customers seeing this, ordering parts can be confusing. “I have been using PowerBlocks for over 12 years now. I started using them after following along with Fitness Blender workout videos. I love them and will not use anything else. They're just so easy to use and make sense rather than having to store multiple dumbbells. I had the verson that went up to 50 lbs with the 5-lb increments, but I bought these because of the 3-lb increments. Through the years, I have gifted Powerblocks to family members, and they have loved them, as well. The price point buying directly from PowerBlock is the same price as you would get from Amazon, so that is why I chose to buy directly from the manufacturer. The shipment arrived on time and it was packaged properly. I do not have any complaints. I love my new set and highly recommend!”

“I have owned my Power Blocks or about 25 years. They are still performing up to par. Had to recently replace the sliding pin for each block which were available at a very reasonable price. Can't go wrong with Power Blocks I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to have their own home setup. Such a great space saver also!”

“The ordering process was easy and check out and receipt of the dumbells we quick. I did submit a question by email before ordering that was never answered so that is why I have 4 stars instead of 5. They were offering a 10% off deal but a lot of items were out of stock so I asked if I could order the stand with the dumbells and get the 10% off on the stand as well and just have it backordered and never got an response.”

“The powerblocks adjustable dumbells are very easy to change weight in the middle of sets. The amount of space they take up is minimal. The durability is great with having a teenager starting out as well. When the dumbells are running out of weight we just bought the add ons. Definitely worth the money.”

“PowerBlock Sport 24 is an excellent product for doing low-weight exercises. These dumbbells are really compact and comfortable. Changing weight is just a breathe. Despite these dumbbells being adjustable, surprisingly there is little to no rattling. The squre shape also comes in handy for doing deficit push ups. Finally, this product is a standout even among all PowerBlock dumbbells because there is no adder weight that can sometimes disrupt the balance. These are perfectly balanced. Very happy with the purchase!”

“After much research and review reading I pulled the trigger on the Power Block Elite EXP Very easy to transition between weights (esp. like the “adder weights” for the incremental changes!), and the design with the flat ends makes it so much better to be able to rest these on your thighs for bench presses etc.! I was curious if the “caged” grip would be an issue, but I actually find it really helpful, as for some exercises I can kinda’ rest my wrist on the pad to aid in stability. Build quality is great and the mag pin locking/weight adjustment "fork" is secure and keeps the weights very tight with almost no shifting at any angle. Just make sure you’ve got the pins lined up correctly on the slots for the weight, slide & lock in (you'll get a subtle "click" from the magnets) and you’re good to go! I also got the compact stand from Power Block and it’s a great addition. It really helps with not having to make adjustments to the weights on the floor but at a good sturdy working height so you can rack/change lbs./adder weights, and un-rack easily. Looking forward to be able to add the expansion kits as I progress!”
