“PowerBlocks are such a quality product! I wish I had a chance to try them 20+ years ago! Now I am selling all my other adjustable dumbbells! Don't settle for those "other" famous competitors dumbbells with the plastic tabs holding 50+ pounds over your face and feet - ahem - those dumbbells are currently under a safety recall! My four sets of PowerBlocks are rock solid and will give me amd my family decades of consistent reliability as a pass them on to relatives over time!”

“We are trying to replace a broken 15# weight for a Urethane model Intel-U33/S1. Unfortunately, the weight received is not the correct unit. We used the website link to request the correct weight, attached photos of the Urethane Block and original order form and have not heard back, after three weeks. Talking to a person is not possible and online ordering is fruitless.”

It's unfortunate that you ordered the wrong replacement part on your own and feel that you were unable to hear back from us. This may have been an email-related issue. Our customer service team contacted and responded to you via email 3 times at the email provided on the parts request form on June 9th, 14th, and 19th after you submitted the parts requests on June 9th and 14th. Our customer service team also emailed you a quote for the correct replacement item for your set. For past customers seeing this, ordering parts can be confusing. “I have been using PowerBlocks for over 12 years now. I started using them after following along with Fitness Blender workout videos. I love them and will not use anything else. They're just so easy to use and make sense rather than having to store multiple dumbbells. I had the verson that went up to 50 lbs with the 5-lb increments, but I bought these because of the 3-lb increments. Through the years, I have gifted Powerblocks to family members, and they have loved them, as well. The price point buying directly from PowerBlock is the same price as you would get from Amazon, so that is why I chose to buy directly from the manufacturer. The shipment arrived on time and it was packaged properly. I do not have any complaints. I love my new set and highly recommend!”

“I have owned my Power Blocks or about 25 years. They are still performing up to par. Had to recently replace the sliding pin for each block which were available at a very reasonable price. Can't go wrong with Power Blocks I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to have their own home setup. Such a great space saver also!”

“The ordering process was easy and check out and receipt of the dumbells we quick. I did submit a question by email before ordering that was never answered so that is why I have 4 stars instead of 5. They were offering a 10% off deal but a lot of items were out of stock so I asked if I could order the stand with the dumbells and get the 10% off on the stand as well and just have it backordered and never got an response.”
