When I ordered the grips, I didnt recieve any type of notification of scheduled delivery. Several days pass, I reach out to customer service and get a response from Ashley (very helpful) that Powerblock is having issues with their grips, so she offers a workaround to send the full handle unit instead. Several more days pass, and I recieve the handles. The Elite USA handles do not fit my Elite EXP USA (Elite 90 EXP/Elite EXP 90). Very disapointed. Currently working on returning everything. All this hassle has left me with buyers remorse.
