"I stopped using old school barbells in 2018, when I first bought P.B. Elite USA 90's. Since using them consistently in a program that includes yoga, calisthenics and dumbbells, I have found reduced joint pain due to increased degree of freedom exercises as well as more confidence in the stabilty of all my joints. In 2025 I purchsed the knurled metal grip to install in place of the previous rubber grip and these made the blocks much more comfortable, especially on dynamic moves. This year, I ordered the new \"Knurl 90 Grip\" for ease of drop sets. The Powerblocks have been the overall best product I have ever purchased in terms of resistance training. I am a 64 year old with 45 years training and am maintaining the best fitness level ever. They help with keeping my surfing as good as possible. "
