“Purchase was easy. But one they sent me is bent. It takes an act of congress to remove it. To be fair I’ve not fooled with asking them to replace because I have wanted them for a while and I’m not patient enough. But for the prices. That’s insane.”

“Concept is great but I have now had to replace 4 of the plates because the “clips” keep breaking and customer service was not helpful at all. Will not purchase again as a result of the above.”

“After ordering and paying for the the Sport 24 there was a sale the next day on the item. I emailed customer service about trying to have the sale applied to my order but no one ever return my email. Disappointing considering that I've purchased hundreds of dollars worth of equipment from them in the past.”
