“My husband purchased your dumbbells through Amazon, and I wanted to do something nice for him by buying the extension kit and barbell directly from your website. I used the remainder of my FSA funds, which were about to expire, to make the purchase. Your website does state that customers should verify they have the correct type before purchasing. However, nowhere does it explain that one version of your dumbbells is sold through Amazon while a different version is sold on your website. Without that information, there is no obvious way for a customer to know where their compatible accessories need to be purchased. While the two versions are not identical, they are similar enough that I reasonably believed they were compatible. It wasn't until after my purchase that I discovered the extension kit I bought from your website is incompatible with our Amazon dumbbells, and that the correct extensions are only sold through Amazon. Because my FSA funds have now expired, we are out $476 and have equipment that cannot be used together. This entire situation could have been avoided with a simple statement explaining that the Amazon and website versions are different product lines and that their accessories are not interchangeable. Your products appear to be well made, but this purchasing experience has been incredibly frustrating. What disappointed me most was not just the confusion, but your company's unwillingness to offer any reasonable solution after the issue was brought to your attention. As a result, you have lost our business. We will not be making future purchases from your company, and I cannot recommend a purchasing experience that leaves customers in this situation.”

“Overall I think the product is good but unfortunately I was shocked that a expensive product was sent without signature on delivery then my FedEx delivery decided to leave my packages on the busy sidewalk so I never received them, power block has been investigating but the this whole ordeal was stressed and disappointing. My advice BE HOME FOR DELIVERY JUST INCASE!!!”

“We are trying to replace a broken 15# weight for a Urethane model Intel-U33/S1. Unfortunately, the weight received is not the correct unit. We used the website link to request the correct weight, attached photos of the Urethane Block and original order form and have not heard back, after three weeks. Talking to a person is not possible and online ordering is fruitless.”

It's unfortunate that you ordered the wrong replacement part on your own and feel that you were unable to hear back from us. This may have been an email-related issue. Our customer service team contacted and responded to you via email 3 times at the email provided on the parts request form on June 9th, 14th, and 19th after you submitted the parts requests on June 9th and 14th. Our customer service team also emailed you a quote for the correct replacement item for your set. For past customers seeing this, ordering parts can be confusing. We recommend contacting our support team via the contact us form or submitting a parts request form so you are able to get the correct replacement.

“It's super frustrating that I even had to order these pins. It's an obvious design flaw that the tips break off. It makes the overall product a bit dangerous. I'm surprised they don't just replace these for free in order to avoid a lawsuit.”

“I am still waiting to hear from PowerBlock on how I can go about returning my order. As I said, the blocks I ordered do not fit the system I have. I received an email saying there would be a follow up and I have not received that yet.”

“This is a great product, but my problem is with the shipping. When you're spending this amount of money for a premium product, there should be numerous options for shipping, including requiring a signature for delivery or easily changing the delivery date or location. For those of us who work during the day or live in urban areas, dropping the packages off at the doorstep is not a viable option. When I realized that my packages would be delivered on a day when I would not be home, I called PowerBlock customer service and was told curtly that "nothing could be done" and was directed to call UPS. What? In the few instances this has occurred in the past, other companies have quickly called UPS as the shipper and easily changed the delivery. Instead, I had to call UPS and try to navigate endless automated AI prompts to finally speak with someone. After spending 45 minutes doing this, the UPS support person confirmed that all boxes would be sent to a different location. Wrong! On the delivery day only one package was actually diverted and the rest were all left on my front door while I was away. If it wasn't for the kindness of a neighbor, all of these boxes would have been stolen! PowerBlock needs to completely upgrade their shipping and customer support experience!”

“Didn’t realize I had to pay an additional $200 3 more times to get the rest of the expansion… and if I try get a refund they take 10% from the price you paid… Jesus Christ these people are GREEDY. The power blocks are quality but the shadiness/hidden costs completely offset everything. And idk why they say their customer service is top tier, every time I call it’s an instant voicemail and referral to their email… but alright haha I would never buy these again, and would never recommend it to ANY of my friends. Check Facebook Marketplace for cheaper, more reliable, adjustable dumbbells.”

“I dont like the design at all. The plastic selecter is prone to breakage. It’s not use to use. And depending on your exercise the handgrip in a box feels like a wrist injury risk. They feel awkward to lift compared to other dumbbells Not a big fan.”

“The newest version in just bought have the adder weights out farther than the handle making it feel really unbalanced for many exercises (curls, side lateral raises, etc). Knurled handle feels good to me but have had many people say they think they are too thick. 20% restocking fee.”
