We are trying to replace a broken 15# weight for a Urethane model Intel-U33/S1. Unfortunately, the weight received is not the correct unit. We used the website link to request the correct weight, attached photos of the Urethane Block and original order form and have not heard back, after three weeks. Talking to a person is not possible and online ordering is fruitless.
