Perfect, for now. My wife and I are getting back into fitness. After a 10 year break, we knew she'd have to start small but knew that would grow fast. Adjustable was the way to go. We studied. Considered all reputable brands up front then started knocking them down with the knit picking. At the end of the day, landed at PowerBlocks. I was afraid these would be too small for my hands. She was afraid they'd be too big for her to work with. After watching some of the videos on the site, we figured it out. Neither would be a problem. My shoe is bigger than a dumbbell so they're perfect for her and there's room for slop in my grip when I want to keep it loose. These things are built though too. Though I'll be grabbing a heavier set soon, these will be our go to for light work for a long time.
