“I've used Powerblocks before and they’re solid. Bought the Pro 100 set and these are more comfortable than previous models I've tried. They provide more room for your wrist and arm compared to other versions with narrower hand sections. I rated them 3 stars instead of 5 for two reasons: The description says "Choose between knurled steel grip or TPR rubber grip," but mine did not ship with the rubber grip. There was no option to select a grip style when ordering, so I assumed that both style grips would be included. But these only came with the knurled grips. While I like them, I would have liked the chance to try the rubber grips as well. I also wanted the Pro 100 Straight Bar and Easy Curl Bar attachments for barbell-style workouts. These have been sold out/unavailable on the website since I ordered the weights at the beginning of August. It's now the end of August, and these accessories are still unavailable. A big reason I chose Powerblocks was for the barbell flexibility. With no ETA on when they will be back in stock, this has delayed my workouts, especially for deadlifts and squats. Overall, the dumbbells themselves are good, but the missing grip option and unavailable accessories really hurt the experience.”

“It was ok. I was a huge fan in the beginning, but I got quite disillusioned with the company after I invested a lot of money in the Elite EXP dumbbells and the straight barbell, but now, with all the company’s new items, including the adjustable kettlebell, most things are not compatible with my Elite EXP kit. So I feel like a ‘forgotten’ customer. Oh well.”

“The dumbells are overall very good but the rubber grips are lousy. Tried ordering metal handles to replace them but powerblock does not make them for the elite exp dumbells.”

“it was totally worthless and a waste of money. I have a very old powerblock system as I was an enthusiast years ago when it was not cool. My very old PowerBlock uses a magnet to keep the weight adjustment arms in place and the old magnets are not strong enough anymore. PowerBlock has changed to a different securing system for the weight changes in the PowerBlock and they no longer fit my old PowerBlock system. So now my PowerBlock does not work unless I secure each new weight selection apart from the designed magnetic security. Sucks. Also cost me the price of a current securing device that does not fit my original PowerBlock”

“i purchased PowerBlock Sport in 2018. I ordered what I believed to be an extension kit, only to find out it was the wrong one. I followed up with phone calls and finally an email saying they no longer make the kit to increase the weight. The ordering was easy, but the long time to wait to return requires a rma, a 20 percent restock fee, and I have been waiting to get fed ex return order. Love my power block, but desappointed they no longer make an extension kitl”

“We really like the PowerBlocks we have purchased at several of our Fitness Center locations, however the selector pin quality doesn't align with the price of the units. When paying a premium, the consumer should get a premium product as well. Within months of receiving the units a selector pin broke and we had to spend extra money to get them replaced. That shouldn't be happening.”

“It's okay considering the price. The customer service rep that I talked to about missing a discount was disappointing. One would think that choosing powerblock would afford you some leeway with customer service considering the powerblocks + all the stages exceed $1000, but nope.”

“The weights are as-advertised. Quality weights that will save you space. Order execution was an issue. It took 3 calls to customer service with the rep putting me on hold to check the warehouse to finally get my order (the reps were extremely nice). When the weights did arrive, one had a minor paint chip. Neither thing is a big deal, but given the premium price tag I don't think this should happen. This review should be 5 stars but the poor execution at this price-point forces me to go with 3 stars.”
