it was totally worthless and a waste of money. I have a very old powerblock system as I was an enthusiast years ago when it was not cool. My very old PowerBlock uses a magnet to keep the weight adjustment arms in place and the old magnets are not strong enough anymore. PowerBlock has changed to a different securing system for the weight changes in the PowerBlock and they no longer fit my old PowerBlock system. So now my PowerBlock does not work unless I secure each new weight selection apart from the designed magnetic security. Sucks. Also cost me the price of a current securing device that does not fit my original PowerBlock
