Very impressed with my water filter… water tastes great… love the variety of water temperatures and not needing a kettle. Only negative comment - is the black finishing was badly scratched, brand new out of the box. I expected it to scratch easily, as mentioned on the website, but I didn’t expect it to arrive scratched. It isn’t worth it to post it back for a “ superficial“ fault. I gave it five stars because it’s functionality is great but those who are thinking about purchasing the black finish… I’d say go for the white, for durability, rather than the aesthetic of the black.
