The crew of the Grace exceeded all my expectations and made for one of the most memorable travel experiences of my life. The yacht itself was impeccable and imbued with a stately elegance that brought history and meaning to already special locale. It was luxurious without feeling opulent and showy. The accommodations were supremely comfortable and the food delicious. The crew was seemingly invisible yet always present to fulfil any needs we had. On the scene with a drink after a hike. Around the corner with a towel after a snorkel. The engineer even fixed my shoe after it fell apart on an early hike. I cannot say enough about the naturalist guides. Walter brought 40 years of wisdom and experience and Gabby an infectious enthusiasm for all of the Galapagos' unique natural characteristics. They went beyond just pointing out the wildlife - they checked with each and every one of us to make sure we had seen it. I will not hesitate to recommend Quasar and the Grace to anyone who tells me they want to see the Galapagos.
