This product is just wonderful. I've had it a couple of times now, and it really does a great job of imitating beef slices in an Asian stir fry dish. Two dry ounces (then, of course, soaked) is a generous dinner portion for one hungry person like me and when seasoned up and stir fried the finished product is just incredible. Like my teeth are really sinking into some actual meat. It absorbs flavor well, looks great and really satisfies. Two thumbs up for sure.
