I've never had spam in my life and decided to give this a try. Made some spam musubi and it turned out really tasty! The luncheon "meat" is easy to cut and cook. Taste and texture are good, so I'll be getting this again. The boyfriend agrees and says its flavor and firmness make for a great spam alternative.
