I have been pleasantly surprised by how well Kalm has been helping me in general, but also during a particularly stressful time. It took me less than 2 weeks during the loading phase to notice a difference. Since then, I have found that instead of carrying my usual nervous energy around or feeling panicked in some situations, I have sincerely just felt calm, rational, in control, not worried. There is no physical sensation for me while taking Kalm, but rather a contentment and general feeling of well being. Friends have actually commented that I seem more relaxed.
