This would be my favourite German beer, the head, colour and taste is amazing. Wunderbar, Der beste! I use water from my RO machine (tds 30ppm) and fermented in a temp. controlled fridge, a must. Best enjoyed on a hot summers evening down on the Swan River Perth WA. Thanks team at AHB
