I've got the Lifters Bare One for approximately three weeks. I've used them for several exercises in the gym like powerlifting, olympic lifting, gymnastics and crossfit. I also wear them during daily activities like work and walking the dog. The biggest change compared to my previous shoes is the sensory information you'll get by walking or doing workouts. The sole is very thin and flexible, so you definetely get the bare feet vibe. This really improved my squats by maintaining that tripod position during the entire movement. Another great thing about the Lifters Bare One is the grip. Especially during the leg drive with a bench press or sumo deadlift. No power is wasted because it stays at the exact same spot. Besides fixed movements, the Lifters Bare One is also ideal for doing gymnastics or a wod implementing running for example. It almost weights nothing which feels pretty awesome! Long story short, I would recommend the Lifters Bare One to everyone!!
