Fran is my wife and does the ordering of your product I have used your product for the last 4 years on my lower back & on my shoulders occasionally. I was in Arkansas driving an 18 wheeler and could not get out of the truck due to so much back pain. Finally, made it to the restaurant and a lady waitress fixed me up with a roll on of your product. For me it has been a miracle and I put it on my back every morning after my shower. I have probably given out over 50 bottles to my friends, relatives. It works for me and will always use it. Probably saved me from back surgery. Calms my back muscles.
