I love Earl Grey and this is one of the most unusual takes on an Earl Grey I’ve found. I’d never have thought of combining these ingredients, but the citrusy bergamot and the warming pecan notes make for a great contrast. The black tea used for this blend is robust and doesn’t get lost under all the other flavours.
