First time placing an online order for qurbani, a bit more expensive than the local butcher, however was pleased with the overall service. The meat was chilled when received and vacuum packed in manageable sized packages labelled with weight and shelf life. The options to select whether meat would be all cut or kept as whole joints or 50/50 was very helpful, as was the option to donate 1/3 of the meat. The only things that could have made the overall service perfect would be if earlier delivery was possible (with Eid being on Wednesday, this delivery was dispatched on Sunday and arrived Monday) and if there was some information on how/where the meat was being donated to charity. Additionally, I was advised delivery as far as Aberdeen would involve an additional day in transit which would not be suitable and so if this could be facilitated in the future. Would highly recommend the service overall as it saved me a lot of work organising packaging and storing of the meat and took care of donating to charity. In Sha Allah I look forward to ordering again in the future and recommending to all my family and friends for the convenience and well thought through service.
