Prior to purchasing, i spoke with customer service via phone, to check if my ebikes were compatible. CS was extremely helpful and validated true.
I used the MoTow ebike hitch rack to successfully and safely transport my Ariel Rider “Grizzly” and Lectric “XP” 2.0 or ST. Love how light and compact the construct. I have purchased two aftermarket lock receiver pin 1/2” and 5/8” as an added security measure. I did remove the branding, in fear that might get stollen. LOL. Highly recommend the rack for any heavy duty eBikes equating up 200lbs
