The one negative thing about this is the price. That’s it. But to be fair it is only a little bit more expensive than the regular cardiology IV and this beats it by a mile. Even when the eko attachment is off you get the full quality of the cardiology iv so win/win. It sounds so much better and louder than anything I’ve ever used and I hope it’s the last stethoscope I will ever need. It is a bit pricy but the payment plans they have are life savers and make this so much more affordable. The copper looks ever better in person in my opinion
