The vanity top is beautiful wood and the design is perfect. The description of the piece was accurate but picture of item next to bed gave me false hope that it would be measured with mirror open but it really was a super tall vanity. Surface of vanity was at chest level. It did not work out at all in my bedroom so I will use I as an art desk in my family room. Perhaps I will find a way to shorten the legs or replace them so it could be my vanity because I do love it, if shorter.
