Having made a few more pizzas, the San Marzano tomatoes were the crowning glory. I have enjoyed these so much it has taken Italian cooking to another level. The delivery service is second to none and very personable. (thanks Mat). So I have now made up some gift boxes so the experience can be shared and the recipe passed on.
