I purchased the "Zulay Kitchen " milk frother withstand 2 weeks ago in Truckee California at a high end tourist Trap (I might just add) while I was on vacation when I got home I installed 2 AA batteries I then turned it into the "on position" and it never worked at all from day one! I cannot return it because I bought it in a whole another state while on vacation I have tried different AA batteries and never had the chance to use it. Which really bummed me out because I was really looking forward to using it when I got back home.
