I bought my frother a month and a half ago and it stopped working. But, I reached out to customer service and they replaced it free of charge and sent a free mini frother as well for my troubles. The new frother has a more secure battery compartment, unlike the defective one. I believe this one will last me. But, if not that's okay because Zulay truly offers a life time guarantee. The frother itself works nicely and doesn't make a mess, you can tell when the batteries need replacement because the frother isn't as strongly spinning. But, my rechargeable batteries lasted me about a month and a half. Thanks Zulay. Great experience. These guys take care of their customers.
