I bought this unit 3 years ago, and have used this for mixing my chocolate milk, It worked fine until it didn't work. The milk froster milk does not work right i put new batteries in the milk froster, it doesn’t work when i put new batteries in i have to move the he metal thing to make it work, but it makes funny noises and now it's slow to start and when it use (Duracell AA batteries) and get it get very hot fast. Tried contacting customer service and have not heard back. So there for don’t buy because it not "Lifetime Warranty.” Won't buy again. Zulay have to honor a “lifetime warranty” if you don’t receipt of purchase. And it false of advertisement, because they told me we don’t deal with stores. When you buy it from a store like Marshalls, T.J. Max and other stores. It not right for the company Zulay not to honor a warranty if it says “lifetime warranty” on the box. On their box or hand guide is said, on there guide book ‘we are friendly Zulay kitchen happiness team’ is here for you and the customer, not true they can’t put something out their saying that we are ready to help if the company don’t want to help you out they want a receipt or on the company website, and they have to honor a lifetime warranty, you don’t need a receipt for a lifetime warranty but they have proof of purchase not right.
