When I received the Magia Automatic, I was so excited. It came well packaged, 4 weeks later than Zulay promised. No one reached out or gave an explanation, although I tried to get a hold of them through email and chat (there is no number to call). I got ove how long it took and unpacked it to find that it is easily double the size of the coffee makers in the market and takes up a lot of counter space. Finally got it unpackaged and put together and jumped up at a loud thump. Thinking I may have erroneously placed the brewer in the wrong spot, I took the machine apart again to check. To my surprise, no! It’s just that long everytime! Ok, so now we have a poor delivery, customer service, plus a large machine that super loud. How’s the coffee? Meh. If your coffee includes milk or creamer, you have to heat it up before you put though the machine because it doesn’t heat enough. Other than that, it does what all the machine do, with what sounds like a struggle. Did I mention I’ve been trying to reach zulay to return the machine for a month and I have to hear from them? Frustrating product and subpar product for $650! No thanks!
