This is a solid log. As far as steel logs go, this has everything you could need in a base. This is as close as possible to an affordable option at home that is used in comp.
There are parts where the welding is a bit blotchy on the end of the barrel, but it does no effect performance in any way. I’m not looking for perfection in my equipment, I’m looking for durability. This piece is solid and I’m not concerned that there are going to be any issues down the line.
This does everything it needs to do.
