We have been so impressed with Ben Simpson furniture - the online process was really simple, the delivery was on time and well communicated, the shelf itself is fantastic quality and the brackets are so sturdy and smart (everyone exclaims how much they love the shelf everytime they walk in room). I was so delighted with the packaging, including a little how to guide on installation and a pack of everything we need for installation. We inserted an LED strip into the back of the shelf, which looks very cool. We are so impressed with the shelf and brackets - thank you!
